You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Custom engraved and other personalized items are not eligible for return unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
If your return is the result of an error by Heron Lane Crafts, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item, we will also pay the return shipping costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases, however, you will receive your refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return after we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank or payment provider to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for returning the item.
Heron Lane Crafts currently offers free shipping within the United States.
In-stock items: Items that do not require customization are generally shipped within 5 business days.
Custom and engraved items: Please allow approximately 5 business days for us to create your item. Once completed, please allow an additional 5 to 10 business days for shipping.
Because our custom products are made especially for you, production times may occasionally vary. If we anticipate a significant delay with your order, we will contact you.
